Schedule: Monday through Friday, Standard Business Hours

We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee and manage the company’s financial operations. This role requires strong accounting expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. The Controller will work closely with leadership to support financial planning and day-to-day accounting functions.

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Support leadership with financial analysis and strategic planning
• Supervise accounting processes and improve financial systems as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required)
• Quick Books certification required
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
• High level of accuracy, organization, and analytical skills
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Irvington, NJ (daily commute required)
