Right Way ABA is a woman‑owned, BCBA‑led business. It provides in‑home ABA therapy for children ages 2‑18 years old. The company offers training and support for a Behavior Technician (BT) to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Behavior Technician (BT) Duties and Responsibilities- Assist behavioral analysis teams in evaluating mental health patients and their conditions over a certain timeframe.
- Adhere to behavioral health plans developed by other mental health professionals to provide patients with beneficial care.
- Interview patients at their home or healthcare facility and draft reports to relay progress to senior mental health professionals.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to empathize with patients and their families.
- Professionalism in high‑stress situations.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Listening and reasoning skills.
- Must have a mode of transportation to travel.
- Availability for after school and/or weekend hours.
