Millwork Project Manager

This is a full-time on-site role located in Irvington, NJ for a Project Manager at Bestmark National. The Project Manager will be responsible for setting project timeline, collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure accuracy and design alignment.

• Understand and monitor the cost of impacts of labor efforts and identify and manage the scope of the projects.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure accuracy and design alignment.
• Manage custom millwork and architectural fabrication projects.
• Manage client relationships and effectively communicate to all project team members.
• Review field dimensions, drawings, and submittals.
• Monitor and coordinate delivery, assembly, installation, and/or millwork activities.
• Update relevant stake holders or team members on the project progress.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure site measurements are accurate.
• Ensure all project activities are following governmental regulations and OSHA guidelines as directed by the company policy.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies including good housekeeping practices, on-site safety inspections, safety rule compliance and incident reporting and investigations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Supervisor.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in the woodworking industry
• 5+ years experience as a Millwork Project Manager
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written and organizational skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $
