Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Wound Care Nurse

Shift: Part‑Time | Weekends, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Location: Irvington, NJ

Salary: $35 – $36 per hour

• Provide expert wound care, including cleaning, dressing changes, and monitoring healing progress.
• Accurately complete admissions paperwork and maintain thorough, timely documentation.
• Support and guide residents and their families with wound care knowledge and best practices.
• Administer wound‑related treatments and medications while following infection‑control protocols.
• Uphold HIPAA and facility care standards at all times.

• Active LPN license in the State of New Jersey.
• Previous wound care experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, clinical, and communication skills.
