• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to ensure consistent high‑tier care.
• Conduct daily rounds to maintain nursing standards and protocols.
• Provide compassionate, person‑centered care and promptly address resident concerns.
• Participate in facility surveys and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Facilitate in‑service training on best practices and regulatory updates.
• Investigate and document incidents with proper follow‑up and resolution.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and review individualized care plans.
• Lead emergency response situations to safeguard residents and staff.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience.

• Valid RN License in New Jersey.
• Experience in nursing homes or long‑term care preferred.
