Schedule: PRN | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Every Other Weekend
Pay Rate: $50.00 per hour

Alliance Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight during overnight shifts. This position is ideal for a confident and organized Registered Nurse with strong long-term care experience who is committed to maintaining excellent standards of resident care, staff performance, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with nursing operations
- Provide clinical leadership and direction to nursing staff during overnight shifts
- Ensure nursing staff follow facility policies, procedures, job responsibilities, and standards of care
- Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and professionalism
- Address clinical concerns, staffing issues, and resident needs in a timely manner
- Serve as a clinical resource and leader for nursing staff
- Assist with maintaining compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
- Participate in facility surveys, audits, inspections, and quality assurance activities as requested
- Communicate significant resident, staffing, and clinical concerns to nursing leadership
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and quality resident-centered care
- Current and active New Jersey RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long-Term Care/SNF
- Previous nursing supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and effectively during overnight shifts
- Commitment to quality resident care and regulatory compliance
