Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative (25 hours per week) to support our customers by answering questions, providing information, and helping resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Answer customer calls
• Solve any new, open & pending tickets
• Interact with and respond to customer chats that are in queue
• Assist social media team regarding specific customer service concerns

• Proficient with Google Suite or related software
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to type information into a computer quickly and accurately
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays with advanced notice

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of Customer Service experience preferred

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
