This is a high-impact role where you'll analyze processes, uncover opportunities, and help design and deliver solutions that improve the way we work and serve our members. • Partner with business and IT teams to gather requirements, map processes, and identify pain points.
• Translate business needs into clear documentation and user stories.
• Support the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and processes.
• Monitor and evaluate solutions, making recommendations for improvements.
• Build strong relationships across departments and ensure projects are delivered smoothly.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and credit union industry trends to bring fresh insights to the team.

• 3-5 years of business systems analysis or related experience.
• Symitar Episys experience required.
• Background in financial services or programming is a plus.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Comfortable with SQL, relational databases, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Flexible, collaborative, and eager to learn.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business, project management, or systems analysis.
