We are seeking a Machine Operator - Wire Drawing to join our manufacturing team. This role offers the opportunity to apply existing knowledge, develop new skills, and work in a fast-paced, safe environment. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, excellent attendance, and a commitment to safety.

• $20.00/hourly wage
• $1,500 retention bonus after 3 and 6 months
• Incentive pay and shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts

• Basic understanding of production and machinery.
• Experience with tools and precision equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work.
• Excellent attendance and work record.
• Machine operation experience required.
• Strong team communication skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in hot/cold environments.
