Senior Accountant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team in Isa Town. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of our company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. You will also be responsible for providing financial reports and analysis to support business decisions.

• Oversee daily accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting processes
• Perform variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and audits
• Train and mentor junior staff members on accounting procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information for reporting purposes
• Develop and implement internal controls to maintain accuracy of financial records

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting or finance roles
• Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software programs
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

$1700 per month
