Office Assistant - Isa Town, Bahrain
OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain on a contract basis. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure smooth operation of daily tasks.
Responsibilities- Manage incoming calls and emails
- Organize and maintain files
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff
- Order office supplies and track inventory levels
- Keep the office neat and tidy at all times
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills for interaction with clients and colleagues
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive salary of 1600$ per month
