Part-Time Office Assistant

• Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
• Maintain office supplies and equipment, order new supplies when needed
• Organize and file paperwork, both physical and electronic
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Perform basic data entry tasks
• Help with event planning and coordination
• Other administrative tasks as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework preferred
• 1+ years of experience in an office environment or related field is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month. This position does not include accommodation but we will provide free visa sponsorship and travel tickets for eligible candidates.
