Part‑Time Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Part‑Time Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Isa Town. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and supervising on‑site activities.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and timelines
• Create and manage project budgets, ensuring cost‑effective solutions are implemented
• Oversee daily on‑site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed on time
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues or delays
• Monitor progress against project schedule and adjust plans as needed
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Manager in the residential or commercial sector
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and problem‑solving
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders

This is a part‑time position paying $1100 per month.
