Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Isa Town. As the Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Develop project plans and schedules including resource allocation and budget management.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and other team members to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and other legal requirements.
• Review contracts and negotiate with vendors for materials and services.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues or concerns.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
• Prepare progress reports for upper management highlighting project milestones and potential risks.
• Oversee the recruitment of construction workers and manage their performance.
• Resolve any conflicts or delays that may arise during the construction process.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations and legal requirements.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams toward meeting project goals.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Have experience working in Isa Town or Bahrain.
• Are familiar with local building codes.
• Are fluent in Arabic.
• Hold a valid driver's license.

We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month and the opportunity to work on exciting construction projects. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities; however, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
