We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Construction Manager to join our team in Isa Town Bahrain In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects on a part-time basis This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for construction and strong leadership skills

• Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish ensuring quality safety and efficiency
• Create project timelines and budgets and ensure that they are adhered to
• Communicate with clients contractors and vendors to ensure project goals are met
• Hire and manage subcontractors as needed
• Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
• Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations
• Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a construction management role
• Strong understanding of construction processes building codes and safety protocols
• Excellent leadership abilities and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to read blueprints and project plans
• Strong communication skills in English Arabic language skills preferred
• Must have valid visa sponsorship in Bahrain

The salary for this part-time position is 1200$ per month
