Construction Manager - Isa Town, Bahrain

We are hiring a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Isa Town. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from initial design to final completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

• Develop project plans and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
• Oversee all construction activities, including hiring subcontractors and managing their performance
• Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and compliance with safety regulations
• Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
• Maintain accurate records of project expenses, budget updates, and change orders
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or requests
• Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for each project
• Hire and train new staff as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in project management software
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.
