Construction Project Manager
A rapidly expanding construction company in Isa Town is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Create project schedules and ensure timely completion of all tasks
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Develop project budgets and manage expenses within budget constraints
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on site
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Familiarity with project management software
- Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and quality control
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- We also require candidates to have a valid biometric passport for international travel.
We offer competitive salary packages starting at $1100 per month along with accommodation.
