Job Title:

Construction Manager

• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
• Oversee budgeting and cost control measures to ensure projects stay within budget
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process
• Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, budgets, schedules, etc.
• Communicate effectively with clients on project updates and address any concerns or questions they may have

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in construction management role
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Proven track record of completing projects within budget and on time
• Ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently
• Experience using project management software
