Nationalities Construction Manager

A reputable construction company in Isa Town is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing construction projects and a strong understanding of construction methods materials and regulations

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Develop project plans timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with architects engineers subcontractors and other team members to ensure project milestones are met
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
• Review and approve project designs plans materials and equipment
• Evaluate project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
• Manage project budgets and expenses to ensure profitability
• Hire train and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods materials building codes and safety standards
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members clients subcontractors etc
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team of workers
• Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project
• Experience working on projects in Isa Town or the Middle East region is preferred
