Junior Construction Manager

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Construction Manager to join our growing team in Isa Town As a Junior Construction Manager you will support the senior management team in planning organizing and overseeing construction projects from start to finish

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes materials and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in project management software
• Valid drivers license

• Assist senior management in project planning and budgeting
• Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
• Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and construction workers to ensure smooth execution of projects
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and identify any potential issues or delays
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees on site
• Communicate project updates and progress reports to senior management on a regular basis
• Maintain accurate records of project expenses progress reports and any changes made during the construction process
• Collaborate with architects engineers and other professionals involved in the project to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
