Floral Designer

Our floral design company in Isa Town is seeking a talented and creative Florist to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will use your artistic skills to create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and then use your knowledge of flowers and design techniques to bring their ideas to life.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in floral design, preferably in a similar setting. A passion for flowers and an eye for detail are essential for this role. As a woman-led company, we strongly encourage female candidates to apply.

• Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and vision
• Select and order appropriate flowers based on budget and availability
• Design creative and visually appealing arrangements according to client specifications
• Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining the quality of the arrangements
• Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, restocking as needed
• Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design

• 2+ years of experience in floral design
• Creativity and artistic ability
• Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care, and how they work together in arrangements
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
