Floral Designer/Florist

We are searching for a creative and talented Floral Designer/Florist to join our team in Isa Town. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and arranging beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Florist or in a similar role
• Proficient in floral design techniques and knowledge about different types of flowers
• Excellent communication skills and ability to understand clients' needs
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of different flower preservation techniques
• Familiarity with current trends in floral design

• Designing and creating unique floral arrangements based on clients' preferences and budget
• Ordering and maintaining inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and other accessories
• Providing exceptional customer service by communicating with clients to understand their vision for the event
• Setting up displays at the store or event venue
• Ensuring all deadlines are met for deliveries and installations
• Keeping up-to-date with current trends in floral design by attending workshops or classes

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month plus additional benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and bonuses.
