Librarian

We are looking for an organized and knowledgeable Librarian to join our team in Isa Town.

• Organize and maintain the library's collection of books, periodicals, and other materials.
• Develop cataloging systems to ensure efficient organization of materials.
• Assist patrons with finding and accessing information.
• Provide recommendations for new acquisitions to enhance the library's collection.
• Manage budget and purchasing of new materials.
• Plan and execute library programs such as book clubs or author events.
• Train staff members on library policies and procedures.
• Ensure that the library is clean, orderly, and inviting for patrons.

• Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field.
• Proven experience working as a Librarian or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of cataloging systems and library classification methods.
• Familiarity with online databases and research tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Good communication skills.
