As a Surveyor
- Land and Property, you will be responsible for conducting surveys of land and property to determine boundaries, locations, and other important information. You will work closely with developers, architects, engineers, and government agencies to ensure accurate measurements and legal compliance.

• - Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and aerial photography
• - Identify property boundaries and prepare detailed maps and reports
• - Measure angles, distances, elevations, and contours using precise surveying techniques
• - Collaborate with other professionals to determine the best methods for conducting surveys
• - Analyze survey data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• - Maintain records of all surveying activities including field notes, maps, and reports
• - Prepare legal documents such as deeds or maps for property transactions
• - Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying

• - Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field
• - At least 2 years of experience working as a Surveyor in the land or property sector
• - Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
• - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• - Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying in Isa Town preferred
• - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with others
• - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  - Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
