• Provide barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling to clients
• Consult with clients on their desired look and provide recommendations based on hair type and face shape
• Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
• Sterilize tools and equipment after each use to ensure sanitation standards are met
• Keep up-to-date with current trends and techniques in barbering
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• No prior experience required, but must have a passion for barbering
• Must be willing to learn and take direction from senior barbers
• Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail for precise haircutting
