Entry-Level Baker

As an entry-level baker in Isa Town Bahrain you will be responsible for assisting our experienced bakers in preparing and baking a variety of fresh breads and pastries. This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month and accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided. We welcome both experienced bakers and freshers who are passionate about baking to apply for this opportunity.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some experience in a bakery or food production environment preferred
• Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays

• Assist with measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes
• Prepare doughs, fillings and batters for breads, pastries and other baked goods
• Operate ovens and other equipment used for baking
• Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
• Decorate finished products with icings, glazes, toppings etc
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment at all times
• Assist with packaging finished products for display or sale
