Merchandiser Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail stores to set up product displays according to company guidelines.
• Ensure all products are well‑stocked, properly labeled, and priced correctly.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to restock as needed.
• Collaborate with sales teams to plan promotions and special displays.
• Regularly review sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and provide excellent customer service.
• Train store staff on product features and benefits to increase their knowledge and ability to sell the products effectively.
• Use creative thinking and problem‑solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise with displays or stock levels.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a merchandiser in the retail industry.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising techniques, visual standards, and best practices.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with inventory management software is a plus.
• Valid biometric passport for international travel if required by the company.

Isa Town, Bahrain. Open to all nationalities.

$1,000 per month, negotiable based on experience.
