Part-Time Merchandiser in Isa Town, Bahrain
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Merchandiser to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the visual appeal of our products in various retail locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner according to company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with store managers to plan and execute product displays and promotions
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Use creativity and innovation to develop new ways to showcase products and increase sales
- Train store employees on proper product placement and display techniques
- Communicate any issues or concerns related to stock levels or product placement with the merchandising team
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred - 1+ years of experience in merchandising or retail sales preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
Location:
This position is located in Isa Town, Bahrain.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, working approximately 20 hours per week. The schedule will be flexible but may include weekends.
