Merchandiser Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser Supervisor to join our team in Isa Town. As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will lead and manage a team of merchandisers to ensure the effective display and promotion of our products in retail stores. Your main responsibilities will include monitoring product placement and stock levels, implementing merchandising strategies, training and motivating the team, and reporting on sales performance.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in merchandising or related field
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques and strategies
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Manage a team of merchandisers to ensure efficient execution of merchandising plans
• Train new team members on company policies, product knowledge, and merchandising techniques
• Monitor product placement, stock levels, and displays in retail stores to ensure brand visibility
• Develop effective merchandising strategies based on market trends and consumer behavior
• Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and provide feedback
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for cross-promotion
• Analyze sales data to measure the impact of merchandising efforts
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
• Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
