Junior Florist

We are a highly reputable florist company located in Isa Town and we are currently seeking a talented and passionate Junior Florist to join our team.

As a Junior Florist you will work closely with our experienced florists to create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions including weddings parties and corporate events.

• Assist in creating and arranging floral designs according to client preferences and event themes
• Ensure the freshness and quality of flowers used in all arrangements
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop
• Assist in taking orders answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service
• Help with inventory management and restocking of flowers and supplies
• Deliver floral arrangements to clients as needed
• Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design and implement them into our work

• Previous experience as a florist is preferred but not required
• Passionate about flowers and creating beautiful designs
• Knowledge of different types of flowers their care instructions and how to properly arrange them
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients professionally
• Must have a valid biometric passport for travel purposes
• Must be willing to live on-site at our provided accommodation

Salary The starting salary for this position is $1700 per month
