Contract Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Isa Town.

As a Contract Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through the development and execution of strategic sales plans.

You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation and visa sponsorship are provided.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Manage a team of sales representatives providing guidance training and support
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual sales reports for management review
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of activities related to sales goals
• Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and promote the companys products services

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Knowledge of market trends competitor activities and customer needs in the industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
