We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to drive sales and achieve company targets.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed their individual sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop effective strategies.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and partners to enhance business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and potential customers.
• Create effective sales presentations and proposals for potential clients.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products/services.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Valid driver's license.

1100$ per month (tax-free) + commission based on performance.

This is a full-time contract position with working hours from Sunday to Thursday. The initial contract will be for 1 year with the possibility of extension based on performance.

This position does not include accommodation but we can assist with finding suitable housing options if needed.
