We are in search of a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company goals. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in sales management and a strong understanding of the biometric passport industry.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
• Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and training as needed
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
• Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products or services to clients

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the biometric passport industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to travel for client meetings as needed

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month plus bonuses based on performance.
