Sales Manager (Female Preferred). We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Isa Town. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to drive business growth and meet sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
• Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends
• Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to upper management
• Train and onboard new sales staff
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in market research, analysis, and developing sales strategies
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Biometric passport is required for international travel if needed
