We are in need of a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Isa Town.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of loaders and must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

As a Loader Operator you will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading materials at our worksite.

• Operating various types of loaders including front-end loaders backhoe loaders skid steer loaders etc.
• Loading and unloading materials from trucks or other vehicles.
• Transporting materials within the worksite.
• Maintaining equipment by performing routine checks and reporting any issues.
• Following safety protocols at all times to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating loaders.
• Excellent knowledge of loader operations safety protocols and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and manuals.
• Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception for operating machinery accurately.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English spoken written.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays if required.

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month without accommodation. Candidates must have their own visa.
