Coordinate with management, development and QA teams regarding project requirements, build standard and procedures. Provide technical support for several parallel project releases. Architecting, implementing, supporting and maintaining the Dev Ops tools. Create analytical matrix reports and dashboards for release services. Write shell scripts to automate administration jobs. Develop configuration management and prepare documentation. Interact and mentor offsite release team. Post production support and handling the product ticketing system.

Evaluate user requests for new or modified procedures. Focused delivery ensuring quality of the deliverables and deployment at customer environment. Migrating on premise databases to cloud (AWS, Azure). Plan, develop, design, test, implement, and support power BI dashboards in various platforms and environments. Draft company wide SDLC policies. Create/orchestrate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. Work on Agile (Scrum) methodologies and Waterfall model.

Executing consulting/professional services for Dev Ops in Mainframe legacy platforms.

Skills required:

Linux, Jenkins, Chef, Ansible, AWS, GIT, Python, Maven and ANT.

Job Duties:

1. Create and monitor daily targets for each team member.
2. Advocate scrum values and motivate team members.
3. Provide ongoing professional development on organizational skills and Agile best
practices essential for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within a
team.
4. Administered all Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint
reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
5. Conducting Release Readiness Reviews, Milestone Reviews and Business Go/No-Go Reviews
are crucial components of effective project management and decision-making processes.
6. Worked with the Test Leads and Managers to schedule activities in the testing and Production
environment.
7. Lead the release planning meetings for multiple platforms and project releases prepare and
publish release notes and communicate success.

Bachelors in Computer Science or closely related field and experience of at least 5 years required.
