Our client is now looking to appoint a commercially sharp Sales Manager who wants real autonomy, real responsibility, and the chance to genuinely shape a business.

You’ll take ownership of the sales growth strategy across:

* Retail (own label & branded)

* Food service & wholesale

* Distributors

* Export opportunities

* New product launches

You’ll work directly with senior leadership — no red tape, no layers, just accountability and results.

This role suits someone who sees opportunities others miss, can control the room in buyer meetings, and balances commercial aggression with strategic thinking.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

* Drive revenue growth and margin improvement

* Win new national and regional accounts

* Manage and grow key existing customers

* Negotiate contracts and trading agreements

* Analyse performance data and turn insight into action

* Work cross-functionally with production, technical & operations

* Build a structured sales pipeline and forecasting model
