Opportunity
Currently recruiting on a temporary basis to start ASAP. This is a busy role on a Front Information Desk. A mixture of Reception duties as well as back-office administration. You will work as part of a team to provide a first-class information service to all.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Meet and greet all visitors, process visitor badges and direct them where needed
* Provide information and answer queries either on the phone or face to face
* Operate the switchboard and transfer where appropriate
* Help process enrolment forms and applications
* Accept application forms and process onto the system
* Deal with post
Experience
* Strong customer focused experience
* Excellent communicator and confident to speak to different people at different levels
* Work well in a team environment
