Therole
As Breakfast & After School Club Childcare Supervisor, you will have overall responsibility for the day‑to‑day operations and management of a breakfast and after school club. Managing and directing a small team, you will ensure the safe and organised running of the clubs, fully supported by your Regional Manager and a dedicated Operations Team at Head Office.
Responsibilities- Overall responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of both the breakfast and after school club at The Blue School in Isleworth, Greater London.
- Print off daily registers & manage a safe and secure sign‑in & sign‑out process each day, communicating effectively with school staff & parents at all times.
- Develop a thorough understanding of KOOSA Kids programme of activity and deliver childcare activities accordingly to children each morning and afternoon, directing colleagues as appropriate.
- Maintain awareness of and sensitivity for children with additional needs (physical, behavioural, dietary).
- Purchase healthy breakfast and snacks for the clubs.
- Ensure the Breakfast & After School Clubs operate to relevant Ofsted standards & KOOSA Kids internal policies & procedures at all times, including safeguarding children.
- Carry out daily risk assessments & complete all relevant operational paperwork.
- Ensure all activity areas are left clean and tidy at the end of each session, carrying out cleaning duties as necessary.
- Provide a safe & secure environment for the children in your care.
- Enable children to explore, grow and have FUN!
- Minimum 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience in a childcare, early years or playwork setting.
- A Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Childcare or Playwork (or equivalent) is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience working in a primary school, pre‑school or nursery – for example, as a teaching assistant, early years educator or nursery manager/assistant.
- Reliable and passionate over everything else.
- Able to relate and engage with children aged between 4 – 11 years.

- Full training & support provided by a dedicated Regional Manager and wider Operations Team.
Monday – Friday, 7.25 – 8.40am and 3.05 – 6.00pm, term‑time only.
