Customer Service Advisor

Ongoing, temp-perm position with a successful and interesting local business within their customer service team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a warm and friendly individual to work in an office based setting, while receiving training and support to develop their skills.

The Role:

Duties of the role will include speaking with customers via call to handle enquiries and promote services, while maintaining fully up to date records on an internal specialised software. It will be your job to work in a team ensuring that customers receive an exceptional experience, and are full satisfied with the service. Requirements:
You'll enjoy this role if you are a polite and enthusiastic person who enjoys speaking with people, and ideally has some level of customer service experience already. Good attention to detail will be needed to ensure professional communication, as you may also communicate with customers by email. Organisation and the ability to focus in a fast paced environment are also important: everything else can be taught!
