Outcomes First Group is seeking a SENCO to work with the Headteacher and therapy team to shape the strategic development of the SEND policy and provision. You will provide professional guidance to colleagues, liaise with staff, parents and external agencies to ensure pupils with SEN receive high-quality teaching and appropriate support.
Experience in FE and Preparation for Adulthood EHCP goals are required; SENCO qualification or near completion.
