. You’ll lead Agile teams, drive design strategy, and be accountable for outcomes that reflect our brand and meet customer needs.
- Inspire and grow a team of designers to craft intuitive, evidence‑led experiences across web and app platforms.
- Shape design strategy that aligns with business goals, champion the customer voice, and influence product roadmaps.
- Partner with product, engineering and other disciplines to ensure solutions meet user, business and technical needs.
- Drive innovation through AI tools, design systems and motion principles, delivering seamless, brand‑aligned app‑first experiences.
- Translate customer insights into actionable design improvements, leading workshops, sprints and research collaboration.
- Own delivery and quality, track CX KPIs and ensure accessibility standards across scalable, end‑to‑end journeys.
- Track record in delivering large‑scale digital products and services centred on the customer across responsive web and native applications.
- Experience leading design teams across multiple workloads and complex initiatives.
- Expert‑level Figma skills, including scalable templates, advanced prototyping and leading large‑scale component libraries.
- Mastery of accessibility to create inclusive experiences, strong user research methods to uncover customer problems and behaviours, and analytics tools (e.g. User Testing, Adobe Analytics) to understand and improve journeys.
- Strong storytelling, stakeholder influence and resilience in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
- People – Evidence of helping teams develop into high‑performing units.
- Process – Demonstrated use of scalable UCD methods that drive measurable outcomes.
- Position – Track record of influencing strategy and embedding design across an organisation.
- Product – Proven creation of world‑class app‑first digital experiences with clear outcomes and impact.

The hybrid working expectation for this role is three days in the office per week. Flexible working remains a key part of our culture, allowing you to balance time at home with time in the office.
London (Osterley)Our Osterley Campus is a 10‑minute walk from Syon Lane train station. A free shuttle bus runs to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations.
