Our products, platforms and technologies are constantly evolving. Keeping Sky safe from cyber‑attacks is a top priority. The Cyber Security team helps the business grow while protecting customers, colleagues and partners from increasingly sophisticated cyber threats. The team works across the UK, US & India and plays a key role in ensuring AI and autonomous technologies are designed and operated securely and responsibly.
WhatYou will Do
- Conduct end‑to‑end threat modelling, plan, facilitate, document and follow up on threat‑modelling activities.
- Manage workload independently, build familiarity with industry practices, and pursue ongoing development.
- Promote the value of cyber to the business and support workshops that build cross‑team understanding.
- Contribute to bespoke integrations and the effective sharing of information with external departments.
- Prioritise and manage a global threat‑modelling backlog aligned to business risk and strategic objectives.
- Provide day‑to‑day people management for junior team members, conduct performance reviews and support career development.
- Drive consistent upskilling across the team, identify capability gaps and implement targeted development plans.
- Ensure team outputs align with the global threat‑modelling framework, standards and best practices.
- Engage with cyber stakeholders, the wider business and external partners to support delivery of cyber services and initiatives.
- Experience with enterprise‑scale technology and end‑to‑end security assessment practices.
- Working understanding of AI and interest in expanding knowledge.
- Collaborative leadership approach focused on developing team capability.
- Clear interest in cyber security with a positive, thoughtful approach to impact.
- Experience with in a cyber security or information security environment, including compliance requirements or regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical, decision‑making, verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience prioritising and managing security work or backlogs aligned with business risk and strategy.
- Experience supporting, coaching or managing junior team members with development and performance conversations.
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non‑technical teams.

Hybrid working – 2 days in office per week. The role will be based in our Osterley, Leeds or Livingston campuses. Each campus offers facilities such as subsidised restaurants, gyms, cinemas and shuttle services.
