As a Senior Product Designe
r in our digital customer experience team, youll deliver high-quality designs, drive improvements to digital journeys, and be accountable for outcomes that reflect our brand and meet customer needs.

Sitting within the Customer Experience Centre of Excellence, youll support CX strategy and portfolio design excellence across the UK & Ireland. From joining Sky to engaging with our latest services, were driven by one purpose: to create better experiences for our customers.

What youll do:

• Deliver world-class, intuitive, evidence-based experiences across web and native platforms
• Provide design vision and guidance, and use research insights and data to champion the customer voice and align it with business strategy.
• Partner with product managers, architects, analysts and engineers to ensure solutions meet user needs, business goals, and technical requirements.
• Run workshops, create user journey maps and champion AI tools to drive efficiency and creativity.
• Support delivery with a focus on accessibility, CX KPIs, and scalable design systems.
