• Managing residential sales from initial enquiry through to completion
• Carrying out valuations, viewings, negotiations, and offer management
• Taking ownership of the sales progression process post-offer
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors
• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and related parties
• Providing regular and clear feedback to clients throughout the transaction
• Generating new business through local canvassing and lead conversion
• Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system (Loop)
• Working towards individual and team targets

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential estate agency sales
• Proven ability to negotiate and close property transactions
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, organised, and client-focused approach
• Experience working in West London or surrounding areas preferred
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

• Basic salary of £27,000 – £30,000
• Uncapped commission structure
