Worton Hall Studios, a leading fine art production studio in Isleworth, West London, is seeking an experienced Creative Digital Operator to join its team on a full-time, permanent contract. Salary: £28,000–£34,000 per annum (depending on experience). The role involves preparing artwork, managing print files, and operating large-format printers to produce museum-quality fine art prints. Working closely with artists and print makers, you’ll ensure precise colour management, efficient workflow, and exceptional technical accuracy.

• Prepare artwork, manage print files, and operate large-format printers to produce museum-quality fine art prints.
• Ensure precise colour management, efficient workflow, and technical accuracy.
• Work closely with artists and print makers in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
• Experience with RIP software and large-format printing
• Excellent colour management and technical accuracy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
• Organisational and problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of fine art print processes (screen, litho, etching) desirable
