Site-Based Project Manager – Luxury Residential (Islington)
Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 + Excellent Perks
A fantastic opportunity to join a long-established, high-end main contractor with over 40 years’ experience delivering premium residential projects.
The Role:
* Site-Based Project Manager leading a £7m luxury residential scheme
* 100% site-based position in Islington
* Full responsibility for day-to-day site management
* Managing and driving construction programmes
* Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors
* Ensuring the highest standards of quality, health & safety
* Working closely with a project-based Quantity Surveyor
The Ideal Candidate :
* Proven experience delivering high-spec residential projects
* Strong leadership and programme management skills
* Quality-driven with excellent attention to detail
* Confident managing live sites independently
