Customer Service & Event Operations Executive

£30,000 - £35,000 + Excellent Benefits

Leading independent events business seeks a polished Customer Service & Event Operations Executive.

This role would suit someone with experience in customer service, administration or a similar support role who is looking to develop their career within the events industry.

You will support customers and delegates throughout their event journey, manage event administration and help deliver a seamless onsite experience, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Production and Finance.

This is a varied, fast-paced role for someone who is organised, proactive and detail-focused, with strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer service.

You will be comfortable taking ownership, solving problems and managing multiple priorities, whilst being keen to learn and develop within the role.

Skills, Experience & Attributes

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

* Excellent attention to detail, with confidence managing high volumes of customer and event data accurately.

* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines effectively.

* A proactive, solutions focused approach with the confidence to take ownership and work independently.

* Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills and a strong customer-service focus.

* Confidence learning and using CRM, registration and event technology systems.

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.

* Previous experience in customer service, administration or a similar support role; events experience is beneficial but not essential.

* A collaborative approach and flexibility to support live events, including occasional travel and onsite working.
