The SEN TA/LSA – Islington role is ideal for someone with experience supporting children on a 1:1 or small group basis, particularly those who require emotional regulation, structure, and consistent support. This position offers valuable exposure to Education and Training, helping you develop practical skills in behaviour support, safeguarding, and inclusive classroom practice.

As a SEN TA/LSA – Islington, you will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to support pupils both academically and emotionally. The school places a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing and professional growth, providing ongoing Education and Training alongside mentoring from experienced practitioners.

This SEN TA/LSA – Islington position is well-suited to individuals considering a long-term career in Education and Training, SEN support, or pastoral care.

• Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs
