Nursery Nurse

Location: Barnsbury

friendly and inclusive Primary School in the London Borough of Islington is seeking a Nursery Nurse to join their Early Years team from April until the end of the academic year (July).

This is a great opportunity for a qualified Early Years practitioner to work within a supportive school environment, helping to provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children in the Nursery / EYFS setting.

The Role:

Supporting children within the Nursery / Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

Assisting the class teacher with daily routines and activities

Encouraging learning through play and supporting children's development

Promoting children's social, emotional and communication skills

Helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing classroom environment

The Ideal Candidate :

Holds an Early Years qualification (Level 2, Level 3 or equivalent)

Experience working with Nursery or Early Years aged children

A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Passionate about supporting young children's development
